THE MOURNING OF MY AUNT

My aunt's name is Ming Ouk. She was death on Friday, November 17, 2010 at 8:05pm at my brother home, Vuthy, where's located near the Orussey market, and she was burned on Saturday, November 18, 2010 in the morning.

When I got a bad news from my parents who have taken part in the second day of mourning of my aunt, they were preparing to leave Phnom Penh to Sihanouk province.

Recently, I called to my younger brother, Lon Nara, living in Phnom Penh to tell him about it, but his phone turned off, and I sent sms to him and Tek Thyro, my cousin. Thyro replied me that he not yet received this news from brother Vuthy. I decided to send mail to him because I know that he was busy with his interpretation at the province. Luckily, I got his replied mail in the evening, and he told me that he will join the Seven Days Ceremony.

On  Wednesday, November 22, 2010 I left my office to take part in the Seven Days Ceremony of my aunt at my brother at Orussey market. When I arrived there, I saw some of relatives and some other people that I have never known before were sitting to listen to the Buddhist's sermon from a monk.
I was sitting next to my brother and listen to the monk who was preaching. When the sermon was ended, all the listeners and I left the room and were sitting outside.

About twenty minutes late, we all have food such as Cambodian noodles and breath with curry. On the table there are eight people. Some of them are my relatives and my brother Bora. We were talking about new technology which was found by him. While we were chatting, I saw Tek Thyro. He also took part in it, too.

I left my brother home at 5:15pm, and I went to the parking car at Orussey market to get my car. I really didn't want to leave it earlier, but I have a duty to do it means I have to come back my office and join the meeting until 7:45pm.

THE BIG EVENT OF MOURING FOR STAMPEDE VICTIMS

Cambodia is holding a day of mourning for stampede for 347 people killed, male 126, female 221 in a Water Festival in Koh Pich bridge in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

The Water Festival was held on November 19-23, 2010. Some of the residents living in Phnom Penh have visited at the provinces in Cambodia because they are tired off the traffic jam, and some others were staying in their homes and watched TV for the boat racing in front of the Royal Palace on the Tonle Bassac river.

During the last three days of Water Festival, people were waiting for the result of the competition, and people also would like to join the Big Concert at the Koh Pich Resort. Million people have been visiting over there especially they came from provinces because they have heard that the Koh Pich resort is a beautiful place.

According to the report from two victims have involved that situation were Tout Dina, a grade 10 of BELTEI 8 and Uy Sokha, a driver of BELTEI 8, too.

"After the fire cracker firing to welcome the last day of Water Festival, a lot of people come from the Royal Palace to visit Koh Pich, I am walking on the Diamond Island bridge with crowd of people. Suddenly, I hear some people thought that the bridge is going to break soon because it seems being moved because of overload people. Recently, they push each other to pass the bridge and they run over me so that I decide to jump on the river. A few minute later, I hear a sound as like as the bottle of water explore. There is a man jumping to the river after me, and his head is hit on rock and have died immediately", she said.

Mr. Uy Sokha, a driver of BELTEI Campus 8, said that on Monday, November 22, 2010 at 5:45pm, he and his girlfriend have taken part in the Bayon Concert where is near the NANA casino. They have visited about half hour, and they both have left the convert to have dinner. After having dinner together, his girlfriend has persuaded him to go to Diamond Bridge where is located at the Koh Pich Resort.

'When I entered the Diamond bridge about one column of the bridge, It seems the space is too narrow because a lot of people come from the other places to visit Koh Pich," he said.

He added that he have thought the boys wanted to stay close to the girls and flirted each other so that the space was narrow. Suddenly, he has heard a young girl thought loudly that her old sister was fainted. About five minutes late the same young girl thought again that her sister was out of breath.

"At the moment the weather seems stuffy, and I am difficult to breath because a lot of people have stayed close together. I feel hard to breath, so I try to stand on tiptoes in order to take a deep breath, then I am unconscious two or three time because of not having enough air," he said. He added he has tried to move from the crowds to hang on to the handrail of the diamond bridge, so I was able to escape from the bad situation. However, he is unlucky man because he didn't get the charity from the government for his curing, for he has left home without making record his name in the charity list.

My Daughter's Birthday.

After Bun Pchum Benh Festival, the birthday of my daughter has been held on Sunday, October 10, 2010 at 11:00am at Koh Pos Restaurant where's located opposite the Two Golden Lions in Sihanouk province. There were my parents, my younger sister's family, my sister-in-law's family, and my family were taking part in that occasion.

There was a storm on my birthday party. It rained from morning till night, but the party was processing smoothly. When the  party was ended, my elder son and I were on the way to Phnom Penh because my son started school on Monday, and I started work on that day, too.

On the way home to Phnom Penh, It was raining from Sihanouk province to Phnom Penh. My son seemed difficult to drive because the car's mirror was dim so that he drove slowly. We both worried about the flood on the National Road # 4.

When we arrived Phnom Penh, It still rained and was very heavy. I told me son to park the car in front of the BELTEI 8, for he got his motorbike which was kept in it before the Pchum Benh Festival. I also called my wife to tell her about our safe trip.

BUN PCHUM BENH FESTIVAL

Today is Wednesday, October 6, 2010 that BELTEI's staffs leave Phnom Penh to visit their home town to join the Pchum Benh Festival.

In fact the National Holiday Day for Bun Phum Benh Festival will start on Thursday, October 7, 2010, but H.E. Ly Chheng, a Director-General of BELTEI International Institute allows all his staffs to have days off one day before the National Holiday in the Calendar. He finds that most of his staffs' home town are far from Phnom Penh. They will have enough time to go home town if they are allowed to have day off

before one day.  For me, I have to stay in Phnom Penh this day because I have asked my deputy campus director, Chy Makara to change my permanence's day from October 10, 2010 to October 6, 2010. The reason why I've asked him to change it because my daughter's birthday is on Sunday, October 10, 2010.

I really appreciate my respectful Director-General who has given my chances to work in BELTEI and promote me as a Campus Director. Moreover, he has also given the scholarship 100% to my four children to study in his institute when they come to live in Phnom Penh.

Tomorrow morning on Thursday, October 7, 2010 I went to the Prasath Pagoda in Phnom Penh with H.E. Ly Chheng and his family and other campus directors. At 10:45am Mr. Phan Sorya and I asked H.E. Ly Chheng to go home where is in Sihanouk province.

I arrived home at 2:37pm in the afternoon. I drove my car to clean at the garage and came back home to take a rest until 4:45pm I took my family to have dinner at one of the restaurants where has had sea food. We all were happy because we were able to take dinner together.

New Position as Campus Director of BELTEI 8

On Friday, September 17, 2010 at 4:45pm at BELTEI 8 I was transferred a new position to be a Campus Director of campus 8 (BELTEI Pochentong) by H.E. Ly Chheng, an Adviser of Ministry Council, a Director-General of BEITEI Groups, and also the President of Association of the Higher Education in Cambodia.

He has suggested to all ESL and Khmer teachers shall reunite and take their own responsibilities that have delegated. Moreover, the university of BELTEI will be constructed in 2013 with 12 floors and 6 main subjects which remain in the BELTEI's acronym such as B = Business, E = Economic, L = Law, T = Tourism, T, I = IT. On the other hand, he has pushed all of them try to increase their knowledge because they will get benefit from it. I means a teacher who graduates Master Degree will have chance to increase salary or wage.

After his speech, he let the former campus director to hand the stamp to me, and he ordered me  to sit on the armchair to sign some documents which will be sent to H.E. Director-General tomorrow. He has also given some advises to me to be a good campus director.

A Small Party For Former Campus Director

After three days of my training in Campus 8, Some of ESL and Khmer teachers spent their money to hold a small party for their former Campus Director.
They had also invited me to take part in that occasion. The party was held on Saturday, September 4, 2010 at 5:30pm at one of a restaurant at Pochentong.,
The party was lasting until 8:15pm, and some of teachers invited Mr. Nuon Horn, a former Campus Director, Mr. Kev Savuth, Mr. Chy Makara and I to join the Karaoke. Unfortunately, Mr. Chy Makara was absent because of his study in university.
I said sorry because my wife has been in Phnom Penh to buy a motorbike for my elder son because his previous motorbike was stolen at the Independent Monument last month. She was waiting for me at Soriya Supper Market with my youngest son.
When the party finished, Mr. Nuon Horn took Mr. Kev Savuth and I to Campus 8. I got out his car, and I rode my motorbike to Soriya Super Market to take my wife and my son home.

Training As A Campus Director

In the early morning, I prepared some documents to take part in the meeting at the Head Office to discuss about New Policy of ESL which was designed by Academic Manager. All Deputy Campus Directors of BELTEI International Institute have also taken part in that occasion.

The meeting has been taken for 4 hours to discuss many points of the new policy, and it was ended at 11:15am with the good results. After finishing it, I went down stair to get my motorbike to go home. Recently, I met H.E. Director-General was standing in front of his house, and I saluted him. He called me to meet him in his home after he had met Mr. Chy Makara, a Deputy Campus Director of BELTEI 8. He told me many things about my new position which will be promoted to be a Campus Director of BELTEI International Institute, but I wasn't sure which campus that I am going to govern.

When I arrived home, I was having lunch and watching TV because it is my habit. I got a call from H.E. Director-General to order me to start working at BELTEI 8, and he also ordered me to handed my number, 077-778869, to Mr. Mon Samear on that day, too. H.E. Director-General told Mr. Nuon Horn, a Campus Director of BELTEI 8 to hand me his number 077-777145, and he is going to get the new one. I prepared my documents and my properties which were kept in my desk in BELTEI 7.

Although I got a good news from my respectful H.E. Director-General to work as a new position, I have missed all my colleagues who have been working with me for one year in BELTEI 7. They are my Campus Director, D.K, Office Assistants, and all ESL and Khmer teachers who were working at BELTEI 7 together.

I wish them prosperity and good luck.

Grand Openning New Academic Year 2010-2011

The Grand Opening New Academic Year 2010-2010 of BELTEI International Institute has been opened on August 7, 2010 at BELTEI Camspu 9 where locates at Ban Tey Meanchey. In the occasion, H.E. Seang Borath and H.E. Ly Chheng handed the International Level 12 Certificate from U.K., Level 6 Certificate from BELTEI, and Computer Certificate from BELTEI.

In the occasion, my elder son has also got a level 6 certificate in English, too. H.E. Ly Chheng said that he is going to build a university in Phnom Penh soon.

My friend, Meak Sambath, and I took these pictures in the conference hall at 6:45pm on August 7, 2010 before the conference has been started in the morning on August 8, 2010 because all the deputies in charge of Khmer and English have to come here in order to help and find the mistake happened by chance.

In the conference, there were a lot of valued guests and parents of students to be there. Most of them are unbelievable to see the developing of BELTEI International Institute that has been growing up very fast.
There are thousand people able to take part in that occasion because the hall is so big. In the speech of H.E. Ly Chheng said that he will strengthen BELTEI International Institute to have standard, and all the students who study in BELTEI have ability to study abroad so that he work hard on it.

Besides the things which I have mentioned above, H.E. has also mentioned about new campuses such as BELTEI Campus 2, 10, 11, and 12 is going to build this year because he has set a proverb of BELTEI is BELTEI Spider Net  Strategy. I means that everywhere have had spider's net, so BELTEI also appears everywhere in Cambodia, too.

Being A Trainee As Deputy Campus Director At BELTEI 6

On June 6, 2008, I was a trainee to be a deputy campus director of BELTEI International Institute.

H.E. Director-General Ly Chheng approved me to become one of his team leader member, position as Assistant Director-General in charge of ESL and Bachelor faculty as a deputy campus director when I met him to discuss about the subject which I could teach B.A. classes.

H.E. told me that I am old enough to work in the office as deputy campus director because I couldn't teach as like as before. I suggested him to consider and discuss with my wife because I thought that I have to stop working for the National Police in Sihanoukville if I works for BELTEI International Institute as a deputy campus director. At the end I decided to work for H.E. Ly Chheng and stop working as a National Police.

This picture was taken in Khmer New Year while I was training as D.E. in BELTEI 6 for one month before I start working at BELTEI 7. H.E. Director General allowed me to start working for my first day at BELTEI 7 on June 6, 2008 with Mr. Meak Sambath who is my colleague working as a deputy campus director in charge of Khmer school. He was transferred from Campus 3 to Campus 7 on July 9, 2008.

Final Exam Group I of BELTEI CAMPUS 7

The Final Exam Group 1 will be held on July 21, 2010 after spending 6 months of learning English as second language in BELTEI Campus 7. Today is July 20, 2010, and it is also the last day of Group 1 of ESL classes so that H.E. Director-General of BELTEI Group allows Mr. Phan Sorya, a campus director, to inform all of ESL Group 1 that if their students would like to make a small party in their classroom, he will allow them to do it before they start to do the final exam which have mentioned above.

Here is a level 1, group 1 students that is taught by Miss. Meak Chandarineth. She is standing in the middle of her students with happiness because their students love her teaching very much. Most of them feel confident to pass level and move to level 2 next term.

Here is a level 1, group 2 students also hold a small party in their classroom. In fact, the group 2 class, will do the mid-term test on July 21, 2010; hence, the final exam doesn't finish yet. To suggest from the students, Mr. Campus Director allows them to prepare a small party as like as group 1. A class teacher's name is Miss. Ly Sao Reth weaning BELTEI uniform.
This is a level 3, group 1 students. They are full of confidence with their study. Furthermore, they strongly believe that they will pass the level and move to level 4 next term.

Mr. Roith Chandara, who is standing in the middle of the students, is a teacher level 3 and level 7 group 1. The reason why he has taught the level 3 because a teacher who has taught this class has asked permission for giving birth. When she have relaxed for three months, she will come to teach her students again. For Mr. Roith Dara will be taught the same level (Level 7) if the new term will be able to open in the new term.

This class is level 4, group 1. The class teacher is Mr. Sim Saranarith who is standing in the middle of the class, and he is also wearing white shirt with tie.

He prepared a small party for his class yesterday. Today he motivates his students to study as normally. However, his students are happy and, they are preparing their lesson to compete their classmates on the final exam.

Campus Director strongly believe that for the new term the ESL students are going to increase including the new students which have interviewed an enroll for the new classes.
This is the level 6, group 1. The class teacher is Mr. Keo Veasna. Because of his busy to prepare a small party, I asked Mr. Thoun Sokhea to manage this class for a while. I don't have enough time to wait for the class teacher, so I decided to take a photo with Mr. Sokhea and the students.

I find that they are very happy today because they guest that they are able to study level 7 after the final exam ended.

In the classroom, some of the students help each other to manange their party and some use the laptop to play the music in order to make happy while they are taking part in their party in the classroom.

On the way home, I got on a bus from Phnom Penh to Sihanouk province to train my children how to use email, internet, and Yahoo Messenger in order to teach my children online from Phnom Penh because I am unable to teach English and train computer to them because they live in Sihanouk provice but for me I work in Phnom Penh for BELTEI International Institute.

I think that only one way to teach and train them is teaching online by using Yahoo Messenger, my own website to post the lesson and exercisse to them, and I explain them director through the yahoo messenger and webcam. In order to complete my goal I decided to buy three laptops to my three children so that they are able to learn English and using Ms. Office from this technology called e-learning.

I left Phnom Penh from 8:30am on Saturday, July 17, 2010 and arrived home at 1:45pm. I asked the bus to stop opposite the former Complementary School called Chea Sim School, and I called the motobike-taxi to take me home.

When I arrived home, I recently opened my laptop on the desk in the living room without delaying a minute, and I called all my three children to get their three laptops and trained them. Firts I trained them to use email on the internet from step to step. Second, I trained them to surf the net in order to search for my own website which I have posted a grammar lesson, for I want them to know for the first step about my website. Then they will be able to search my website and do exercises on it. Last, I trained them how to use yahoo messenger with conferrence. It is useful to them to listen to me to explain them the lessons at the same. Moreover, they can also disscuss in pair or groupwork online easily.

During the training my children, I got some problems that I wasn't able to solve is the yahoo conference. The problems that I mentioned is the three laptops online in the conference room, but one of them is couldn't hear from the others. I was very upset because I find that my plan was unsuccessful because I can't teach or train my children if the computer conference wasn't able to work in the conference room. The whole night I slept nothing. I was thinking the the problem which happened to my laptop; hence, I got up at 2:00pm in the mid-night to open two laptops and tested them for sure that they are able to work on the conference room or not.

From 2:00pm to 8:25am in the monring, I couldn't solve the problems, so I decided to come back Phnom Penh and send my laptop to the computer shop to set up new program. If it still has the same problems, I will send it to the computer shop where I bought it to fix for me because it is the hardware because it is the hardware problem, I think.

I made up my my mind to go to Phnom Penh because I will start work on Monday morning, July 18, 2010. On the other hand, I found that if I stayed home in the morning, I will solve the problem nothing, so I better come home in the morning to take time for my relaxing.

Luckily, the computer program was normal when I arrived home and brought it to the computer shop, and it is able to work on the conference room, too. I was very happy at that time because I needn't to spend my money for installing new program and waste my time. I decided to go back my renting from with my laptop. In the middle of the road, I answered a call from my friends to invite me to join a small party in their home. At the end, I decided to go to their home to join a small party with my laptop and clothes in my bag without changing my cloth.

I took part in a small party of my friends about 15 minutes. Then I asked them to go to my renting room. After I arrived home, I took a bath, and I layed on my bed to release my stress which I have had last day in my home.

House Warming of Ly Chan Bopha's Father

The House Warming of Ly Chan Bopha's father was held on Friday July 9, 2010. She invited her colleagues to join this occasion. The four girls who are in this photo are Ouk Thany (on the right side), my assistant office, Damy (next to Thany), an accoutant, Viriya (next to Damy), a deputy in charge of accountant, and Maly (the last girl on the left side), an accountant. They are working in BELTEI Campus 7 (Pet Lok Sang) with me.

We were in this occasion from 6:20pm to 8:35pm. Besides my colleagues which have taken the photos, there were ESL teachers also having taken part it. But,They were waiting until 6:30pm because they are teaching from 5:30pm to 7:30pm for part-time. Mr. Campus Director, Phan Sorya, allowed them to leave earlier 30 minutes to take part in Bopha's father House Warming.

I have already mentioned about my four colleagues girls are in the photos. I also would like to introduce one of my friends who is a deputy of Campus 7 in charge of Khmer from grade 1 to grade 12 is Meak Sambath.  He also took part with me in this occasion. He brought us to the party with his car; hence, in his car, there were six people including the four girls.

Mr. Meak Sambath's photo is on my right side. He wore white shirt.

In the occasion, I saw some of my friends who are working for Ministry Interior in Cambodia the same as me. Moreover, I met one of the police is Bopha's father who is an official of National Police. His position is Lieutenant General, a deputy of Central Criminal Department. He used to take the mission at Kompong Som City in 1987-1989 where I have worked there since 1982. He cooperated with Colonel Em Bunsath, a former commissioner who was my former chief at that time. Bopha's father usually went with H.E. Khem Pon and Sun Sen, the Secretary of State in Cambodia to work in Kompong Som City.

In short, the House Warming Party of Bopha's house was happy because we have met a lot of friends who have worked with and all the teachers who are working in BELTEI International Institutes.

My Family

From year to year I am getting old, so I have to keep something for my children or family. In my experiences, I find that most of families are rare to keep their photos for the young generation especially the situations which have taken place in the past. Hence, I decided to create a website to post the photos and short describing of each situations which have been done.

This is my family. I am in the middle of the raw on the sofa in my home in Sihanouk province. From the left side of me are my mother-in-law, my wife, and my youngest son, and from the right side of me there are my daughter, my second son, and my both nephews, daughter of my sister-in-law.

My mother-in-law came from the U.S.A. to visit my family and her relatives at Phnom Penh, Sihanouk and Kampot provinces.

My Second Younger Brother

This picture I took at my younger brother house warming. My second brother and I are rare to meet each other because we both are very busy with our works.

My second younger brother name Lon Nara, who is wearing black shirt, is living in Phnom Penh capital city. In the occasion of house warming of my youngest brother, we both had chance to meet and chat about our families and works particularly the situation that have happened around the world.

I really want to take picture of our family including my respected parents because I find that the pictures that have all of my brothers and sister and my parents are values in the future especially the new generation will be able to get to know about the old generation, and the will unite their relatives when they will see these pictures in this website.

My second brother is one of my brother and sister who is living in struggle in his life. He is a hard working man and patient. I strongly love him because until now I am unable to help him some property, but I have just helped him some good ideas and some part of his study when he was a teenager. He was able to earn money for living and study when he was a teen. I have also worked for living when I was 17 years old. I faced many issues in my life and I have also solved those problems. I fight for my life to live in this society although I met obstacles that I have never met in my life.

In addition, after Khmer Rouge Regime, my second brother and I lived independently without parents. First, my second brother lived with me in Kompong Som City while I am working for the government as a national police. My salary wasn't enough to support my family so that I had to spend my time to fish for food because I could get rice from the government every month; hence, I only needed food for meal times.

After graduated Secondary School in Kompong Som, my second brother decided to move to Phnom Penh to study. Since then he had to sell bread and filled the gas into the cigarette lighter in order to get money for living and his study, for I wasn't able to send enough money for him. Luckily, he as able to find a job when he graduated high school. His job was a journalist at Phnom Penh Post at that time. I really pity my second younger brother although he lives in a good condition, but I still remind the things in the past.

This is the third cadre of checking of National Police in Cambodia.

I am one of a National Police in Cambodia especially I am working in Sihanouk province. My rank is major and my position is deputy office chief in charge of maritime. The checking was held on June 11, 2010 in the afternoon from 2:00pm.

All the police had to bring their papers such as police identity card, the second checking card in order to show the officers who took responsibility to check the list and photo to make sure that we are really the police in the list on their hand or not. Furthermore, the police who have transferred from the other provinces or capital have to bring the transferring paper besides the two cards mentioning above.

I entered my office chief, Mr. Molivann, to discuss about how to manager our units before the officers Personal Department of of Minister Interior coming to check list to have discipline because the are able to valuate our units when we are disorder.

To keep the souvenir of the third checking list, my chief office, my co-deputy chief and I took pictures in the office with my LG KC910. We all felt old and we are going to retire around 10 years more, and all the works will be transferred to the young generation to continues our tasks. All of us have worked for police since 1982 (28 years) when we were teenagers because at that time the government needs us to defense our country from the Pol Pot troops. The country had peace four years that Khmer Rouge regime was collapsed in 1979 by Heng Samrin, Chea Sim, and Hun Sen. They are the persons who help Cambodian people to escape from the killing fields.

For my working experiences in the police, I have learned many times at the National Police School, and I also had taken part the A5 at E91 where locates at Koh Kong province close the Klong Yay of Thailand. I faced many obstacles at A5 and used to fight with Khmer Rouge units two times. I also got malaria while I was being at A5, too.

After coming back from A5, I found that the country which was led by the three chairmen, Samdech Heng Samrin, Samdech Hun Sen, and Samdech Chea Sim, is developing year by year; hence, I decided to gain knowledge to study Khmer School (complementary school) in the evening which I started from grade 8 until grade 10 (Bac II) because I have learned at Vietnam country in the public school at grade 8 and entered to grade 9 in 1982, and my parents decided to let me came back my homeland with my uncle.

My family abandoned my homeland to Vietnam in 1975 while the Khmer Rouge was leading the country for three months. We moved to Vietnam by walking and by boat at Neak Loeung where is the Cambodia Vietnam borders because my father predicted that we weren't able to live in that regime. We have to moved to the third country for surviving our lives. My father is one of the intellectual pepole who had educated in France, Marceil University, during King Norodom Sihanouk led the country as the Prime Minister.

I graduated Bachelor of Art at English in University of Management and Economics called U.M.E. and Master of Public Administration at Cham Roeun Poly Technology called C.U.P. where H.E. Bun Sambo had studied with me and he was also a student's chief.

She said that about 20 to 30 monks a day are given food and each monk is offered 500 riels.

When I visited my parents, I saw monks came to her home. She was standing in front of her house with three plastic armchairs for the monks sitting. First, she offered ice-water for each because she finds that the weather is so hot, so the monks got thirsty. Second, A couple minutes letter, she spooned rice and put into the monk's bowl (Bat Lork), and she put meal into monk's one stack of howls and 500 riels for each. Last, After giving food to the monks, she and I were sitting to salute by placing both hand together and listen to the monks was praying to the ancestors and relatives who were died to get these offer foods.

Bus Left Without Waiting For Passenger

Yesterday May 13, 2010 I has gone to my home to visit my family. The car started at 10:00am in the morning. This car was broken a couple times, and it wasn't able to run smoothly, and the air-conditioner wasn't cool enough so that most of the passengers were complaining about stuffy while they were on the bust to Sihanouk province.

I am one of them that got hot in the car, too, but I tried to be patient because I have known that the car sometimes has problems with mechanic. When the car arrived at Kampong Spoeu where is closed to the Kampong Spoeu market.

The car stopped two times to find the garage to fix its air-conditioner. For the first time, the driver couldn't find, and the bus was moving a few minutes and stopped again when the driver saw a small garage to fix it. All the passengers get out of the bus because the temperature is very hot and stuffy. Some of them bought soft drink and some others try to find meal to eat for breakfast. For me also went to find meal where across the National Road #4, and I ordered ice-coffee. While I am waiting for the cup of ice-coffee, I always went out the shop to see the car. Unluckily, when I entered to coffee shop the third times, the bus left me alone without waiting for me although I tried to wave my hand, but no one see me. The car driver didn't check the empty seat for sure that one of passengers not yet come, and he shall wait for a passenger at least 5 minutes, I thought.

I caught the motor-taxi to follow the bus, but it run very fast so that I decided to stop and paid for motor-taxi 6,000 riels. Then I tried to find the bus ticket which was in my pocket to look for the phone number of the bus campany. After seeing the bus ticket, I recently called to the bus station to tell the bus driver who started at 10:00am to wait for me because I found that only this way to solve the problem. When I got the information from the bus station , the driver was waiting for me at Pich Nil restaurant.

I decided to catch a van with 12 seats in order to go to Pich Nil where the bus was waiting for me. I paid for the van for 5,000 riels. Arriving Pich Nil, I saw many passengers to see me because they knew that I am a man that the bus driver left. Then I saw a driver and I asked him the reason why he left me. I told him that he should wait for the passenger at least 5 minutes before leaving. If my properties which I put in the bus lost, who took responsibility. The bus driver just told me that he horned me four times; hence, he decided to leave me.

I have asked some other passengers particularly one of a passengers sitting close to me. She said that she informed the bus driver, but he didn't wait for me, so she kept silence. She also added that the driver is a kind of impatient persons and most of passengers disliked him, too.

At last, I said to the driver that everything was past so that I suggest the driver that he shouldn't do like this to the other passengers because it was a bad service, and I took that bus picture to post on my website to tell me friend about my bad luck trip.

The Weather Is Changing

Nowadays, the weather is changing everyday particularly the temperature is so hot. I am one of a people living in South East Asia, in Cambodia. The weather in my country is very hot. Most of people are difficult to adopt this changing although they use air-conditioners or fans, but these equipments are unable to solve this problem.

Recently, most of people are talking about it everywhere because they can't sleep, for the nightmare doesn't have blowing wind. I am one of them living in Phnom Penh. I sometimes have a bath at night two or three times because of the stuffy room even though I use two fans for revolving.

Because of the changing weather, the agricultural areas are going to affect to the farming. The poor people are worrying about their cultivated plants because some of them have borrowed money from the bank for them. It is a big problem for the government to solve and find a good solution for the farmers who are the victims.

Now people who are in Cambodia waiting for the normal temperature, and they expect that the hot weather is going to be changed soon because they find that if it is still hot like this, everything will be changed and the outbreak will spread out, and the water will be drought so that people and animals are living with shortage of water and food.
