កម្មវិធីបើកការបោះជំរំអន្តរជាតិ ឆ្នាំ២០១៨ (IYF International Fellowship)

នេះគឺជាលើកទី៨ហើយ ដែលអង្គការសម្ព័ន្ធយុវជនអន្តរជាតិ (IYF International Youth Fellowship) បានរៀបចំពិធីបើកការបោះជំរំអន្តរជាតិ នៅថ្ងៃព្រហស្បត្តិ៍ ៦កើត ខែ ចេត្រ ឆ្នាំរកា នព្វស័ក ព.ស ២៥៦១ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី ២២ ខែ មីនា ឆ្នាំ២០១៨ នៅសាលមហោស្រពកោះពេជ្រ។ លោក ហាឈើស ប្រធានអង្គការសម្ព័ន្ធយុវជនអន្តរជាតិប្រចាំនៅកម្ពុជាបានធ្វើសេចក្តីរាយការណ៍ជូនដល់គណៈអធិបតី និងភ្ញៀវជាតិ និងអន្តរជាតិថា សិស្ស និស្សិតដែលបានចូលរួមក្នុងពិធីបោះជំរំនៅឆ្នាំ២០១៨នេះ មានចំនួន ៣០៦៤ ក្នុងនោះប្រុសចំនួន១៣២៦ ស្រីចំនួន ១២៨នាក់។

ក្នុងពិធីបើក ការបោះជំរំនាពេលនោះនោះមានគណអធិបតីបតីសំខាន់ៗចំនួន៣រូបរូមមាន៖

១. ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត ស៊ាន បូរ៉ាត រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងអប់រំយុវជន និងកីឡា និងជាតំណាងដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្រ្តីក្រសួងអប់រំយុវជន និងកីឡា។

២. ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត លី ឆេង អ្នកតំណាងរាស្រ្តមណ្ឌលរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ សាកលវិទ្យាធិការ សាកលវិទ្យាល័យប៊ែលធីអន្តរជាតិ និងជាសមាជិកគណៈកម្មាធិការប្រឹក្សាយោបល់នៃអង្គការសម្ព័ន្ធយុវជនអន្តរជាតិ។

៣. ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌីត បាក់ អុកស៊ូ ស្ថាបនិកអង្គការសម្ព័ន្ធយុវជនអន្តរជាតិ។
បន្ទាប់ពីលោក ហាឈើស បានធ្វើសេចក្តីរាយការណ៍ជូនដល់អង្គពិធីរួចមក ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត លី ឆេង បានមានមតិស្វាគមន៍ និងលើក

ឡើងនូវចំណុចសំខាន់ៗ ដែលជាគោលបំណងនៃការបោះជំរំអន្តរជាតិសម្រាប់យុវជនកម្ពុជាគឺ ជូនដល់អង្គពិធីរួមមាន៖

១. ការបោះជំរំនេះ គឺក្នុងគោលបំណងធ្វើការអប់រំចិត្តដល់យុវជនដែលជាទំពាំងស្នងឬស្សី ឱ្យចេះស្រឡាញ់ខ្លួនឯង ចេះស្រឡាញ់គ្រួសារ និងចេះស្រឡាញ់សង្គមជាតិរបស់ខ្លួន។

២. ឱ្យយុវជនយល់ដឹងអំពីច្បាប់ និងចេះគោរពច្បាប់របស់រដ្ឋ។

៣. ចេះរស់នៅជាក្រុម ចេះរៀនសូត្របទពិសោធន៍ និងចែករំលែកបទពិសោធន៍ពីគ្នាទៅវិញទៅមក។

៤. ត្រូវរៀនសូត្រនូវចំណេះដឹងទូទៅ ពីកម្មវិធីបោះជំរំក្នុងអំឡូងពេលបីថ្ងៃនេះ ធ្វើយ៉ាងណាក្រេបជញ្ជក់នូវចំណេះដឹង Soft-skill និង Hard-skill។

ទន្ទឹមនឹងនេះ ក្មួយៗសិស្ស និស្សិតក៏ត្រូវសិក្សាបន្ថែមនូវផ្នែកភាសា អង់គ្លេស ពីព្រោះភាសានេះគឺជាភាសាអន្តរជាតិដែលជួយដល់ក្មួយៗមានលទ្ធភាពគ្រប់គ្រាន់ដើម្បីទំនាក់ទំនងជាមួយជាតិសាសន៍
ខុសៗគ្នា ជាពិសេសបច្ចុប្បន្ននេះ កម្ពុជាយើងក៏ជាសមាជិកនៃអង្គការអាស៊ាន អង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិ និងអង្គការ WTO ផងដែរ។ នេះជាមូលេហតុដែលក្មួយៗគួរតែ

ព្យាយាមសិក្សាភាសាអន្តរជាតិបន្ថែម នៅពេលដែលប្រទេសជាតិយើងត្រូវការអ្នកមានសមត្ថភាពជំនាញ និងសមត្ថភាពភាសារទៅបម្រើការងារនៅស្ថាប័នទាំងនោះ។

ជាទីបញ្ចប់ ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិតប្រសិទ្ធពរជ័យដល់គណៈធិបតី ភ្ញៀវកិត្តិយស ក្មួយៗសិស្ស និស្សិត ដែលមានវត្តមាននៅក្នុងឱកាសដ៏វិសេសវិសាលនេះផងដែរ។

សម្រស់ធម្មជាតិឆ្នេរសមុទ្រខេត្តព្រះសីហនុ

ឆ្នេរសមុទ្រក្រុងព្រះសីហនុ គឺជាឆ្នេរដែលមានទេសភាពស្រស់បំព្រង និងមានខ្សាច់សមុទ្រសស្គុះ ព្រមទាំងខ្យល់អាកាស លាយឡំទៅនិងទឹករលកបក់បោកគួរជាទីគយគន់។

អ្នកទេសចរណ៍ក្នុង និងក្រៅស្រុកតែងតែលំហែកាយ តាមឆ្នេរខ្សាច់ដ៏ស្រស់ស្អាត ខ្លះគេងសំដិលហាលថ្ងៃបន្ទាប់ពីចុះងូតទឹកសមុទ្រ ខ្លះទៀតអង្គុយលើកៅអីទម្រេតអានសៀវភៅ ស្រូបយកខ្យល់អាកាសបរិសុទ្ធ រួមនិងសម្លេងទឹកសមុទ្របោកបក់បង្កើតជាចង្វាក់ភ្លេងធម្មជាតិដើម្បីបំពេរអារម្មណ៍ដល់ភ្ញៀវទេសចរណ៍ជាតិនិងអន្តរជាតិ។ ជាងនេះទៅទៀត អ្នករស់នៅក្រុងព្រះសីហនុតែងតែចូលចិត្តកំសាន្តតាមរយៈការជិះទូកយន្តស្ទូចត្រីតាមកោះ ឬឈរស្ទូចត្រីតាមឆ្នេរសមុទ្រដើម្បីកំសាន្តអារម្មណ៍បន្ទាប់ពីការងារប្រចាំថ្ងៃរបស់ពួកគាត់ត្រូវបានបញ្ចប់។

ខ្ញុំបាទនៅចាំបានថា កាល ពីឆ្នាំ ១៩៨៥ មានវិស្វកររុស្ស៊ីមួយក្រុមបានមកស្នាក់នៅសណ្ឋាគារ៧ជាន់ ដើម្បីធ្វើការស្រាវជ្រាវរុករករ៉ែប្រេង និង រ៉ែផ្សេងៗ នៅតាមបណ្តាកោះដូចជាកោះតាង កោះរុង កោះរ៉ុងសន្លឹម ។ល។ ពួកគាត់តែងតែ សំដិល ហាល ថ្ងៃ ជារៀងរាល់ពេលព្រឹក។

បុរសជនជាតិរុស្ស៊ីម្នាក់ដែលមានអាយុប្រហែល៤៥ឆ្នាំ នាសម័យនោះបានប្រាប់ខ្ញុំតាមរយៈអ្នកបកប្រែភាសារុស្ស៊ីថា ឆ្នេរសមុទ្រក្រុងកំពង់សោម (ឈ្មោះកាលពីសម័យមុន) ពិតជាស្អាត និងទាក់ទាញខ្លាំងណាស់។ គាត់និយាយបណ្តើរ ឱនចាប់ខ្សាច់សស្គុះបណ្តើរដោយបង្ហាញទឹកមុខស្រស់ញញឹម រួចបញ្ជាក់ថា គឺជាខ្សាច់ស្អាត រីឯឆ្នេរសមុទ្រទៀតសោតក៏គ្មានភក់ របាប់ ដែលធ្វើឱយប្រឡាក់ដៃជើងឡើយ។ ខ្ញុំក៏ចាប់គិតថា តើសម្តីរបស់បុរសនោះពិតដែរឬទេ ព្រោះខ្ញុំមិនធ្លាប់បានទៅកំសាន្តប្រទេសឡើយនាសម័យនោះ ហើយខ្ញុំហាក់ដូចជាមានមោទនៈលើប្រទេសរបស់ខ្លួនយ៉ាងខ្លាំងបន្ទាប់ពីបានលឺវាចាររបស់ជនបរទេសនោះមក បើទោះបីខ្ញុំមិនធ្លាប់បានឃើញ និងទៅដល់បណ្តាឆ្នេរសមុទ្រនៅតាមបណ្តាប្រទេសជាច្រើននៅលើសាកលលោកនេះក៏ដោយ។

កាលពីសម័យទសវត្សរ៍៨០ ចំនួនភ្ញៀវទេសចរណ៍មកលេងក្រុងកំពង់សោមមានចំនួនតិចតួចស្តួចស្តើងណាស់ ព្រោះការធ្វើដំណើរពីខេត្តមួយទៅពីខេត្តមួយ ពីក្រុងទៅខេត្តគឺអស្ថេរភាពនៅឡើយ។ អ្នកធ្វើដំណើរតាមរថយន្តប្រភេទ កាម៉ាស ហ្វុយហ្សូ ឬរថយន្តក្រុងប្រឈមមុខនិងក្រុមខ្មែរក្រហម ឬជនក្លែងបន្លំ ដើម្បីពួនស្ទាក់បាញ់រថយន្ត ម្យ៉ាងវិញទៀតជំនាន់នោះមិនសូវមានរថយន្តជាលក្ខណៈគ្រួសារនៅឡើយទេ នៅរៀងរាល់ចុងសប្តាហ៍កម្រនិងមានភ្ញៀវទេសចរណ៍ក្នុងស្រុកមកលេងក្រុងកំពង់សោមណាស់ លើកលែងតែរដូវបុណ្យទានតែប៉ុណ្ណោះ។

នៅប៉ុន្មានឆ្នាំចុងក្រោយនេះ មានអ្នកវិនិយោគទុនមកពីប្រទេសចិនជាច្រើន ដើម្បីវិនិយោគនៅខេត្តព្រះសីហនុ រីឯអគារធំខ្ពស់ៗ ក៏ចាប់ផ្តើមសាងសង់ឡើងជាបណ្តើរៗ។ ដីធ្លីនៅតំបន់នោះមួយចំនួនធំក៏ចាប់ផ្តើមមានតម្លៃខ្ពស់ រីឯអ្នកដែលមានដីនៅទីក្រុងព្រះសីហនុក៏ខ្លះក៏នាំគ្នាលក់ដី ឬជួលទីតាំងរបស់ខ្លួនទៅឲ្យវិនិយោគិនចិន ហើយខ្លួនក៏យកថវិកាដែលទទួលបានពីការលក់ ឬជួលដីនោះទៅទិញដីដែលនៅក្បែរជ្រាយៗក្រុង រហូតដល់ស្រុកព្រៃនប់ និងខេត្តជិតៗដូចជាខេត្តកំពតជាដើម។ នៅពេលខាងមុខនេះ រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជាមានគម្រោងសាងសង់ផ្លូវ Highway និងផ្លូវអយស្ម័យយានដ៏ទំនើបពីភ្នំពេញឆ្ពោះទៅខេត្តព្រះសីហនុដែលជាតំបន់ទេសចរណ៍ខ្នាតអន្តរជាតិ។ អ្វីដែលខ្ញុំសោកស្តាយនោះគឺខ្ញុំមិនមានម៉ាស៊ីនថតរូបដើម្បីផ្តិតទុកនូវទេសភាពកាលពីអតីតកាល (កាលមិនទាន់មានការអភិវឌ្ឍន) ដើម្បីយកទុកបង្ហាញដល់កូនៗ ចៅៗជំនាន់ក្រោយបានយល់ដឹងអំពីការវិវត្តន៍ចាប់តាំងពីទសវត្សរ៍៨០រហូតមកដល់បច្ចុប្បន្ននេះ។

Money and Things Were Lost by Thief!!!

Saturday, October 8, 2016, there was a sharing experiences from 20 Grade A students of BELTEI International School in academic year 2014-2015 who had passed the state exam with the high marks to all grade 12 students who are preparing to attend the state exam in academic year 2015-2016.

That event was taken placed in BELTEI International University at the meeting hall. The sharing experiences have been processed in the morning and afternoon sessions to all grade 12 students who are learning in academic year 2015-2016. The purpose of sharing experiences "How to get good scores of grade 12 of State Exam?" The learning techniques of each graduated students were different. Therefore, all grade 12 students who were attending that event are able to get benefit from it.

After haring experiences came to the end, Sir. LY Bunchhay, a Deputy Director-General, invited all campuses directors to have soup at I-Food restaurant together. There were some Campus Directors were attended it because they were busy with their families. Dinner time came to the end, but it is still raining. I accompanied with Mr. Sangheng, a Campus Director of BELTEI 7. He brought me to my home, then he gone to his home as well.

From 9-11, 2016, I have done my work smoothly, but my left eyes were chill many times everyday. I found that there were a bad news comes to me because of mistaken works or bad things come to me. I told my colleagues to be careful with their work, and I also predict the bad things will come to me, but I did not know what will happen to me.

On October 12, 216, I slept well because I have always woke up 2 or three times at night time; hence, it was unusual. When I woke up, I was looking for my Samsung Note 5 to check the messages on Telegram which were sent by security guards or management team. Unluckily, the phone wasn't seen. I wondered I kept it at the wrong place so that I was trying to look for it. I could not see it. Then I was looking for my purse, but it couldn't see as well. I found that the theft entered my home.

I took times to check the things which were lost from my room. There were Canon G7X camera, Samsung Note 5, Samsung S, $900, driving license, Acleda bank card, UCB bank card, Cambodia bank card, Insurance card (government insurgent).

It is my first experience that I met. This year is my an unlucky year because I lost phones, the thief entered my home to get things and money. I can say my first bad bitter experience in my life.

Fake Facebook Account

I have spent my time on my work from Monday to Saturday this week. Today is Sunday, September 18, 2016, which is my relaxed day. What I would like to mention on my blog today is Fake Facebook Account. It is so bad for people who have never respected to the dignity of the human being. They think it is an entertainment or the way to harm people.

The high technology is updated day by day so that people who are using it should have the ethical using the high technology. Nowadays, there are some people using it in the wrong way without thinking about dignity of morality such as cursing, harming, posting the illegal photos or pictures on their Face Facebook Account or other social media.

Many countries try to educate their people to keep good traditional culture by inserting in the educational program to the public schools or private schools. Moreover, the parents also educate their children in many ways in order to motivate the young generation to see the right way to act in the society. However, the good acts mentioning above have been stirred and destroyed by the handle crooked people through the social media because they do not care what will be effected to our young generation.

In short, we, people, should shake hands and try to stop using what are the bad things to effect to our young generation for now on.

What am I going to do on my Sunday Weekend?

What am I going to do do on this Sunday weekend?

This is the question, which I have asked myself when I am not sure in my mind or the plan which I am going to do.

Normally, I always go to Toul Kork Avenue (TK) in order to relax my brain such as surfing the net at the Brown coffee, watching the action or horror movie, and have bread to instead of my lunch time.

It is my favorite activities when I was a Campus Director of BELTEI 13 (BELTEI Camko City Roundabout).

Now my new position has been promoted by H.E. LY Chheng, the Director-General of BELTEI Group to be a Manager of Discipline & Order Office at the Head Office where is at BELTEI International University because on Friday, August 26, 2016 a new Campus Director of BELTEI 13 (BELTEI Camko City Roundabout) has also been promoted as well.

He is Mr. Prum Samvichet, a former of Deputy Campus Director in charge of English at BELTEI 2 (BELTEI Tuol Tumpung).

I really don't know where should I go because the location of BELTEI IU is far from TK Avenue, and I have to spend at least 30 minutes to drive a car because of the traffic jam. I really hate the traffic jam so much that is the reason why I do not like driving a car to work.

At the end, I decided to go to TK Avenue to relax there. First, I have watched the American thriller

movie. After watching the movie, I continued to have hamburger and the Cook light for my lunch time. Taking time about 30 minutes, I to to drink a cup of coffee at the Brown coffee. It is also in the TK Mall as well.

Beside my favorite entertainment, I also love working. My working place isn't only in the office, but also at the coffee shop. I sometimes create a plan for my work when I start working on Monday after having weekend.

I found that only spending time to write my short diary on my website to kill my time. I can concentrated on my writing. It is the simple way to let me stopped thinking the unimportant things when I have free time.
